Each Friday evening from 6:00-9:00 families share in:
- Family time
- Bible Study
The goal of the ministry is for each family and Logos volunteers to grow in their relationship with God and relationship with each other. The Logos ministry is open to all in our church and in our community.
Each family must be registered and commit to a small monetary contribution. The ministry runs from October to May of each year.

SHINE and ALPHA TEEN MINISTRIES
Each Friday night our teens (high school 9th-12th grades) gather for a night of fun, fellowship, and discipleship from 5:30 – 9:00 pm. Our teen boys, Alphas, meet in our “Underground” and our teen girls, Shine, meet on our main floor Parlor area.
Friday nights begin with a comfortable setting with our Youth Coordinator Minister Claudine Carter. From 5:30-6:50 teens have a chance to relax, talk, have recreation time, and engage with caring adult volunteers. Dinner is served at 7pm, along with our Logos group, in our dining hall. Then the teens are off to their specific groups to dive deep into the Word, a life lesson session, or a fun activity.
Some of the topics that will be highlighted this year are: self-esteem, college prep, being the best YOU can be, relationships, and so much more! So join us this Friday for a time you won’t soon forget!!
We are so excited to announce our new Middle School Ministry to 6th to 8th graders!! This group meets along with the Logos family ministry on Friday nights from 6:20 pm-9:00 pm. The night holds so much fun and learning and sharing together that your teen will be excited each week to come back for more! Special adult volunteers are waiting to engage your child in a night of middle school energy. Stay tuned for more info and pictures.
Parents are encouraged to stay for our Friday night family. There is even something offered for parents who stay to engage with other parents in the community. So, parents and guardians…don’t miss out!! Friday nights 6:20-9:00 pm
Every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday every child from PreK to 6th grade is welcome to KIDS CHURCH at 10am! Parents can sign their child in by coming to our Magill Hall building at 9:45am, drop your child, and attend our 10am worship service while their child worships and learns with their friends!
Our group of dedicated youth and adult volunteers will be awaiting their arrival for a morning of learning about God, themselves, and how they can make a difference in the world around them!
Every 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday every middle school and high schooler from 7th grade to 12th are invited to BREAKOUT SUNDAYS at 10am! Teens can enter our Magill Hall building at 10am after signing in at the front door.
Each Breakout is a time for teens to create community, learn what the Bible says about life, love, and lessons, and also to worship in a way that speaks to who and where they are. Our Youth Coordinator and team prepare each week with lessons and activities to bring teens closer to God.
The Education Ministry of FPCJ serves students in our church and the community.
